Kristine has been creating art since her early childhood. She studied with her father who was a well known German artist of the Bauhaus movement and an architect. She worked as a successful commercial artist in Toronto and is now creating shamanic art combining her Sami (Lapland), Nordic and Germanic roots with her apprenticeship with several Canadian indigenous communities.
